Although one might venture to say that a lot has been written about MIB's ... in book form - I'm here to tell you, reader, that if you haven't read Nick Redfern - you don't know very much about Men In Black. The man does his research, and has that rare ability to relay said research onto paper in such fashion as to raise the hackles of even veterans of the phenomenon, and for those who may be new, you're in for the read of your life if this subject matter interests you - as it probably does if you're reading this review. I will only state further, that if this is your first taste of Redfern - then ALL of his books are a MUST READ ... everyone of them. 5 HUGE Stars - the guy doesn't let up. Read it, absorb it, and watch your back! Then decide if your world view hasn't derailed once you've read his work(s)!! We are fortunate to have Nick in our midst - and writing for us!Product details

Men in Black Personal Stories and Eerie Adventures (Audible Audio Edition) Nick Redfern Morley Shulman Beacon Audiobooks Books Reviews
Book compares different types of entities, not just saucer post encounters. Good read!
Another excellent work by Nick Redfern! He is one my favorite authors on the weird and unexplained.
This book is a collection of Men In Black reports compiled by researcher Nick Redfern. These are personal accounts, often in the witnesses own words, that shed more light into the mystery behind these creepy entities. While the reader doesn't walk away with all the answers; they are much more aware of the MIB than when they started.
The stories are often terrifying, sometimes just puzzling but always bizarre and left me a bit paranoid when I was done. That, for me, is the sign of a good book! Entertaining and disturbing would be the best ways I'd describe the work overall. Redfern is rapidly becoming a leader in MIB research (this is his third book on the subject) and this book indicates he'll have plenty more to write because these guys, whoever they are, aren't going away any time soon!
This felt like a collection of emails that Nick Redfern received, some only loosely relating to the Men in Black, which were all haphazardly tossed into a book. Granted some of the stories are interesting but, by and large, this is one of the weaker books I've read regarding the MIB phenomena. Also, a little proof-reading would have gone a long way.
This book fills in the spaces left blank by other authors. When you think about it it cements our relationship with our God and makes those stories in the Bible, which I doubted all my life, into a different light. People do vanish and appear. Wait till you read about the tunnels underground and see the videos. It'll knock your socks off.
I really love Nick & his work however this one was a bit disappointing. It's basically a compilation of stories/encounters submitted by others and while it was very interesting and some of them were fantastic; not to mention they were ones I hadn't heard a million times. That was all great however some of them were very irrational. One was actually a very mundane event however the writer took it and ran with it, connecting dots that weren't even there and then of course there were the ones that have to make it demonic. That all being said, I encourage you to read it and judge for yourself.
Whether you want to believe or not believe in the Men In Black scenario is irrelevant. But you do need to be aware of their implications throughout recorded history. This book contains modern, personal stories that have been submitted or reviewed by Nick Redfern, in this, his third book on the subject. Micah Hanks, on page 144, makes the following assessment ”But one thing remains obvious throughout even the vaguest obfuscation of details and intentions a key part of the ongoing effort to derail serious UFO research has been a reliance on absurdity and misdirection, as well as the more widely reported sources of pure intimidation many expect of the MIB’s.” Her statement sums up virtually all paranormal research. Another gem of insight is on page 148 “Most existing folklore studies of UFO belief materials have failed to fully appreciate the complex interrelatedness of UFO’s with numerous belief traditions. This fact is no more clearly demonstrated, perhaps, than with belief in the “Men In Black” (MIB). The MIB phenomenon constitutes a rather esoteric part of the UFO experience and tradition. The cryptic nature of the MIB indicates something of the complexity of the UFO question, as it involves a continuum of related but discrete phenomenon and beliefs.” For me, “numerous belief traditions’ certainly includes religious preferences. I found the most intriguing chapter (22) to be the one from John St. Clair. Do a quick Goggle search to learn about him, check out his U.S. patents, and then decide on the credibility of what he wrote. Is his inclusion a highly enlightened perspective? Wow. After reading this, make sure you include Nick Redfern’s Women In Black as a follow-up. Together, they will certainly give you something to think about. My final thought on reading this? Be kinder than necessary- everyone you meet (including ET’s) is fighting some kind of battle, and I’m willing to bet so are the Men In Black. Blessed is the Creator to allow us the free will to make that choice.
